1 Introduction

Welcome to Solt Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Solt Baji ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Solt Baji website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at solt-baji.app.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Solt Baji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Solt Baji platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access Solt Baji. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Solt Baji.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Solt Baji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Solt Baji employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Solt Baji platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Solt Baji reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. We take underage gambling seriously and have zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age restrictions.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Solt Baji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Solt Baji may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

4 Deposits

Solt Baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Solt Baji does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Please check with your provider before depositing.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If a deposit is made from an unverified or third-party account, Solt Baji reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Solt Baji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Solt Baji does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed at the start of the next business day. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in your name.
• Any active bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Solt Baji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Solt Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. This bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated based on real-money bets only.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Solt Baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotion terms, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Solt Baji are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Solt Baji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

8 Fair Play Policy

Solt Baji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's software

Solt Baji uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns and account activity in real time. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice. The outcome of any investigation is final.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Solt Baji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Solt Baji staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Solt Baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Solt Baji cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in a timely manner.

10 Responsible Gaming

Solt Baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.

12 Account Termination

You may close your Solt Baji account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Solt Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected
• A player has been found to be ineligible under Section 2
• A player has requested self-exclusion
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

13 Limitation of Liability

Solt Baji provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Solt Baji shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions or misunderstanding of game rules
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security

In all cases, Solt Baji's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

Solt Baji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Solt Baji platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
